Max Steel

From February25, 2000 until January15,2002, the animated series Max Steel based on the Mattel action figure of the same name was on the air. Thirty-five episodes of Max Steel were produced over three seasons and were targeted at young males between the ages of eight and twelve. Direct-to-DVD films preserved the main character's presence onscreen for a decade, between 2004 and 2012. However, only the first film maintained the series' continuity. The continuity was messed up after Endangered Species. Aside from "Endangered Species," all subsequent releases were only available in Latin America. Christian Campbell, the older brother of Neve Campbell, was one of the voice actors for the series, as well as Tony Hawk, a professional skateboarder. This season's episodes and features were produced by Mainframe Entertainment after Netter Digital and Foundation Imaging declared bankruptcy. One of the final episodes broadcast on January15, 2002. The WB's first computer-generated series, Max Steel, aired on the network. Disney XD is currently airing a reboot. Characters and plot lines, on the other hand, have either been changed or removed totally.
