It's hard for Robert Miller to fit back into society after his tour of duty in Afghanistan. People on a violent council estate live on the same street. He gets a job as an undercover surveillance officer. He becomes obsessed with taking down the local criminals, who are linked to a suspected terrorist cell in the area. As a result of taking charge of the situation, Robert embarks on a bloody quest for justice, which ends in a lot of damage.
