The Russians Are Coming! The Russians Are Coming!

Whenever a Soviet submarine becomes stopped on an island off the coast of New England, its captain tells Lieutenant Rozanov, his second-in-command, to get them moving again as soon as possible in order to prevent a major international issue from arising. Rozanov seeks assistance from island residents, including the police chief and a vacationing television writer, while also attempting to assuage their worries of a Communist invasion by stating that he and his crew are Norwegian seamen and so not a threat.
