The Roads Not Taken

The video chronicles the lives of father and daughter Leo and Molly for a period of 24 hours as Molly deals with the difficulties of living with her father's erratic condition of mental health. Their ordinary but stressful day takes on a hallucinatory and epic quality as they weave their way through New York City, because Leo is seamlessly transitioning between several parallel lives: a passionate marriage with his childhood sweetheart Dolores in Mexico; a struggling career as a drummer in Manhattan with his more successful lover, Adam; and a life of solitude on a remote Greek island, where a chance encounter with two young tourists reveals the uncomfortable truth about Leo's life.
