Frankenstein vs. Baragon

During WWII, Germans obtain the immortal heart of Monster's beast and also transport it to Japan to stop it being seized by the Allies. Kept in a Hiroshima research laboratory, it is seeming shed when the United States damages the city with the atomic bomb. Years later, a wild kid is found roaming the streets of the city alone, born of the immortal heart.
